1. Definitions

 • IMEI Server – an online service provider for cell phone repairs, accessible at www.imeiserver.com, (http://www.imeiserver.com/)   hereinafter referred to as the “Website.”

 • Customer – any individual or entity using the services of the Website.

 • Seller – the administrator of the Website.

 • Parties – collectively, the Customer and the Seller.

2. General Terms

 1. Registration: Registration on the Website is required to gain full access to all services. By clicking the “Register” button and/or using the Website, the Customer:

 • Confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement;

 • Enters into a legally binding agreement with the Seller;

 • Agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

 2. Customer Balance: Funds deposited on the Website are stored indefinitely and in full. These funds can be used by the Customer to order services. No interest or charges apply for storing funds.

 3. Service Completion Time: The service completion times indicated on the Website are approximate and counted in business days. The maximum completion time may exceed the indicated time but will not exceed it by more than 10 business days.

 4. Device Re-locking: The Seller is not responsible and does not provide refunds if a device is re-locked.

 5. Agreement Disagreement: If the Customer does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.

3. Refund Policy

 1. Refunds may be requested within 180 days from the date of payment.

 2. Refunds will be made only to the same account from which the payment originated. If refunding is impossible due to third-party circumstances (e.g., closed account or blocked card), the refund will not be processed.

 3. Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the request.

 4. To request a refund, the Customer must contact support via the Website or email at info@imeiserver.com.

4. Dispute Resolution

1. If a service is completed but not accepted by the device, the Customer must notify the Seller within 3 days of receiving the device and provide continuous video evidence:

 • Minimum 720p quality;

 • Device fully visible and in focus;

 • Recorded in good lighting;

 • IMEI or serial number displayed via *#06#;

 • All actions performed according to the provided instructions.

 2. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

 • Incorrect IMEI or serial number provided;

 • Customer contacted other providers during the procedure or unlocked the device independently;

 • Insufficient code entry attempts or inability to enter codes;

 • Other unrelated device locks exist;

 • Wrong service selected;

 • Service instructions were ignored.

 3. Resolution Process: The Seller seeks to resolve disputes amicably. Customers must submit a support request via the Website or email at info@imeiserver.com.

 • Average response time: 24 hours;

 • Maximum resolution time: 30 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of submission.

5. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective upon registration on the Website and remains in force as long as the Customer continues to use the Website. By reading this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, registering on the Website, and providing electronic consent, the Agreement is deemed effective.


The Customer is responsible for monitoring any changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the Customer disagrees with any provision of the amended Terms, they must immediately cease using the Website.


Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing notice to the other Party.

6. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Terms with each purchase. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the most recent Terms.

7. Account and Password

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including any account they access, whether authorized or not. The Customer agrees to immediately notify the Seller of any unauthorized account use.


The Seller is not liable for any losses resulting from theft or unauthorized access. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s current password and can only reset it for security purposes.

8. Compliance with Laws

The Customer represents and warrants that their use of the Website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is the Customer’s responsibility to determine whether the services are suitable under any regulatory requirements.


The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any losses, including attorney fees, arising from violations of these warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer assumes full responsibility for any losses incurred through use of the Website or its services, including downloads. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, even if arising from negligence.

10. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or failure in the operation of any part of the Website for reasons beyond The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures in the operation of the Website caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
