1. Enter Pre-Recovery mode by pressing and holding the power button of the powered off Mac for 10 seconds

2. Press and hold for 3 seconds, LEFT Control + LEFT Option + LEFT Command + . + RIGHT SHIFT

3. Wait up to 1 minute, File Manager will appear on the screen

4. Save the recoverydiagnose_xxxxxxx.tgz file to your external hard disk (pend drive)

5. Open the LPRO M-Series Info Extractor program and drag and drop the .tgz file into the application

6. Place an order with the serial number to retrieve the information (first and last name, email, device name, user language)
